Booking and Cancellation Policy


Permanent Cosmetics is not a single-session procedure; rather, it involves multiple steps. The outcomes may differ from one client to another. It is imperative that each client adheres to the pre and post-appointment instructions to achieve the desired healed results. However, it's crucial to note that there are no guarantees, as the healing process is beyond our control. We cannot perform touch-ups before the recommended 4-week period, but we are more than willing to address any concerns or preferences during the scheduled touch-up appointments.

Booking Policy


  1. Appointment Booking:

    • All permanent makeup appointments must be scheduled in advance.
    • Clients can book appointments through phone, text, or messenger.
  2. Consultation:

    • A consultation is required before the permanent makeup procedure to discuss expectations and address any concerns. This can be in-person or by phone, and this appointment is always FREE.
  3. Deposit:

    • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for any permanent makeup or body sculpting appointments at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
  4. Late Arrival:

    • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment.
    • If you do not reschedule your appointment 48 hours before you will loose your deposit and need to place another deposit before rebooking. If you no show for your appointment or cancel within 5 hours of the appointment, half the appointment value will be charged to the card on file. 
    • We must adhere to this policy because of the unique nature of our appointments, which require specific pre and post-care instructions. It is not feasible for us to accommodate last-minute changes or substitutions for these appointments. Therefore, we kindly request that you consider this when scheduling your appointment and plan accordingly.
  5. Minors:

    • Please no children, friends, or significant others allowed during the procedure for safety reasons.   

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice:

    • Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation will result in losing your $100 deposit.
    • Although the deposit is nonrefundable it is transferable as long as its before the 48 hour cancellation window.
  2. Deposit Forfeiture:

    • If a client cancels an appointment without sufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
  3. Emergency Situations:

    • In the case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered at the discretion of the service provider.
  4. No-Show Policy:

    • If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, they may be required to pay a fee or forfeit their deposit, and future appointments may require full prepayment.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds:

    • Refunds for services rendered are typically not provided.
    • In case of dissatisfaction with the results, clients are encouraged to contact the service provider within a specified period to discuss potential touch-ups or corrections.
  2. Product Purchases:

    • Refunds or exchanges for retail products (e.g., aftercare products) are subject to the service provider's return policy.

Other Important Information:

  1. Health and Safety:

    • Clients must follow any pre-appointment instructions provided by the service provider, including avoiding alcohol, aspirin, or blood-thinning medications before the procedure.
  2. Consent Form:

    • Clients may be required to sign a consent form before the permanent makeup procedure, acknowledging the risks and potential side effects.
  3. Price Changes:

    • The service provider reserves the right to adjust prices for services and products.
  4. Policy Updates:

    • The service provider may update the booking and cancellation policy, and clients will be informed of any changes.
  5. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes or concerns should be addressed directly with the service provider.
  6. Compliance with Regulations:

    • Ensure that your booking and cancellation policy complies with local regulations and licensing requirements for permanent makeup services.

 Touch up Policy

Brows and Lip Blushing

Touch-ups done 4-6 weeks no additional fee is required

8-10 weeks will be an additional $100 fee

Any touch-ups done after 10 weeks will require an additional fee of $375
